Vector artwork conversion

Raster logos and rough artwork rebuilt as clean, editable vector files for screen print, DTF, transfers, signage and print.

What you get

Logos redrawn by hand, not run through an auto trace

An auto traced file looks close until someone zooms in or tries to edit it. You get wobbly curves, hundreds of stray points, open paths that will not fill and colours split into dozens of near identical shades.

We rebuild the artwork properly: clean curves, closed paths, correct colours and text that can still be edited. It scales from a business card to a billboard without falling apart.

  • Redrawn by hand, curve by curve
  • Closed paths, no stray anchor points
  • Colours corrected and named for your process
  • Text kept editable or converted to outlines, your choice
  • Scales to any size with clean edges

Send us anything

We work from whatever you have. The worse the source, the more the rebuild matters.

  • A low resolution JPG or PNG
  • A screenshot or website image
  • A scan or a photo of a printed logo
  • An old file nobody can edit
  • A hand drawn sketch

Vector services

Conversion is the common one. These are the jobs that usually come with it.

Raster to vector conversion

Any image rebuilt as a scalable vector file that prints sharp at any size.

Colour separation

Artwork split into printable spot colours, with the separations named the way your printer expects.

Logo recreation

A logo rebuilt from a poor original, matching proportions, curves and spacing rather than tracing the fuzz.

Screen print ready files

Trapping, overprint and underbase handled so the separations line up on press.

Line art and illustration

Sketches, crests and detailed illustrations converted into clean editable line work.

Cleanup and rework

Existing vectors tidied up, paths closed, duplicate points removed and colours consolidated.

Why it matters

Auto trace against a hand rebuild

Both produce a vector file. Only one of them is usable in production.

Comparison of auto traced artwork and a hand rebuilt vector file
 Auto tracedHand rebuilt by InPixz
CurvesWobbly, following the pixel edgesSmooth and redrawn to the intended shape
Anchor pointsHundreds, often duplicatedOnly what the shape needs
PathsFrequently left open, so fills breakClosed and fillable
ColoursSplit into many near identical shadesConsolidated into named spot colours
TextFrozen into shapes, unreadable at small sizesMatched to the font or cleanly outlined

What it gets used for

Tell us the end process and we will set the file up for it, including how the colours are separated and named.

  • Screen printing and spot colour separation
  • DTF, DTG and heat transfer
  • Sublimation and all over print
  • Vinyl cutting and signage
  • Large format print and banners
  • Packaging, stationery and brand assets
  • A clean master file before embroidery digitizing

What we need from you

  • The best quality version of the artwork you have
  • The process it is being used for
  • Exact colour references, if you have them
  • Font names, if you know them
  • Anything in the artwork that must not change

If the logo uses a font we do not have, we will match it as closely as possible and tell you what we used.

Send the worst copy of your logo

If we can rebuild that cleanly, everything else is easy. Upload it and we will quote the job.
